There is also a second bedroom ensuite with a double bed with a shower room and a toilet and 2 other bedrooms with two single beds and a shower room with toilet.
On the second floor there is a spacious living room (flat screen TV, sofa, coffee table, internet and free unlimited Wi-Fi), a dining room and a nice fully equipped kitchen (hob, extractor fan, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, crockery) all opening onto a large terrace with sea view.

The villa also has a double reception opening onto the garden and the swimming pool, 6 outside parking spaces, 1 garage for 1 car and a lift.

The villa is non-smoking, but smokers can sit outside.
Pets are not allowed.
